CAREER OPPORTUNITY: Exchange Publishing, located in downtown Spokane, WA, is now hiring for a variety of positions!
We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our front office team, sales team, graphics team, pagination team and administrative staff. Must have excellent customer service skills! Other requirements include a strong grasp of technology, good computer and social media skills, excellent spelling and math/ arithmetic skills, good attention to detail, and a willingness to learn a lot! We are hiring for various positions, many of which may require further skills.
Education: A bachelor's degree is highly preferred, but we will consider all applicants. At least some college is required. It is most important that you are intelligent, have a positive attitude, and are willing to learn! (Still a student? Contact us for internship and part-time opportunities!)
Job responsibilities are different for each position. Your responsibilities should be expected to evolve over time and as you learn more, based on the company's needs and your strengths.
General duties: answering phones and helping walk-in customers, data entry, sales calls, researching and compiling information, some writing, contributing to social media, organizing, occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs. of newspaper bundles), cash handling, occasional driving (to post office, bank, etc.). Further general and more specific duties are required based on position, to be outlined in training.

Exchange Publishing, LLC is a locally-owned and growing company. We publish "The Exchange" weekly newspaper, maintain active digital products and a strong social media presence, produce various Show Guides, publish the quarterly equine magazine "Horse Previews", as well as run the Pacific Northwest regional association for our industry.
